Bluestem's Bosco 1991- November 4, 2006
Bosco-
Retired police service dog and our foundation stud. Famous in the
Midwest for dozens of felony apprehensions and his excellent
temperament. Bosco was an awesome street and SWAT entry dog and also
educated thousands of people as an ambassador for his police
department, police work dogs and the Belgian Malinois. Shown here at
14+ years old and still very active as our families personal protection
dog. Bosco
died at home on the afternoon of Saturday, November 4, 2006. He will be
missed greatly, but he lives on in his offspring including our own
Bluestem's Jack SOB (Son of Bosco). Bosco was 15 years old.
Axa van Joefarm our foundation bitch Axa
is an Elgos granddaughter on both sides. She is a large female (65lbs),
has high, intense drives, is fast and powerful. She is definitely an
alpha female.
Axa
has been bred one other time to our foundation stud, Bosco, with
excellent results. Their pups are now working as police service dogs,
SAR and personal protection dogs.
